Welcome to the Pathology Core Lab
The Dana-Farber Pathology Core Lab offers infrastructure and technical support for histopathology projects, including immunohistochemistry (IHC), multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF), spatial transcriptomics, and molecular pathology. We host state-of-the-art platforms for characterizing tissue biopsies from Nanostring (GeoMx) and Akoya Biosciences (PhenoCycler-Fusion). Our staff are dedicated to understanding and advancing your research - from biomarker discovery to probing clinical-pathologic correlates. Our group can also serve to connect investigators to collaborating pathologists within our department at the Dana-Farber and at our partner hospitals.
